Offline Mobile Application for Engineers

RichBrains developed a mobile application for Aston Group’s engineers that was specifically designed for tablets with adaptive design. The application allowed engineers to fill in data forms even when offline, as the data was cached locally on the device. Once an internet connection was available, the engineers could easily submit the data, which would automatically sync with the central database. The application also included a task management feature that allowed engineers to view and complete assigned jobs, track progress, and communicate with the team.During the implementation process, RichBrains faced several technical challenges, such as ensuring seamless data synchronization and optimizing the application’s performance for tablets with varying screen sizes. They also had to ensure that the application was compatible with Aston Group’s existing systems and infrastructure.
